Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Test Manager (Healthcare — Facets) to lead planning, governance, and testing delivery for healthcare technology solutions. You will collaborate with client leadership, Cognizant management, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on schedule.

You will direct requirement analysis, test strategy, and execution for Facets-based systems, applying EAM and configuration expertise to validate business requirements and drive successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of testing leadership in healthcare tech.
• Experience with Facets, EAM, and application configuration.
• Strong SDLC/STLC knowledge.
• Experience in governance, status reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on involvement in test planning, execution, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis, test planning, strategy, and execution for Facets-based solutions.
• Validate business requirements using Facets and configuration.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, and quality metrics throughout SDLC/STLC.
• Conduct test walkthroughs with clients and present outcomes.
• Prepare governance updates and reports for client leadership and Cognizant management.
