Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Test Manager (Healthcare – Facets) to lead testing activities for healthcare technology solutions. You will guide requirement analysis, test planning, and execution, collaborating with client leadership and delivery teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quality engineering and testing with Facets in the healthcare payer domain.
• Experience with EAM and application configuration.
• Strong SDLC and Software Testing Life Cycle knowledge.
• Experience with requirement analysis, test strategy, planning, metrics, and test reporting.
• Experience managing testing governance and presenting status to clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis, test planning, strategy, scenarios, cases, and execution for Facets-based solutions.
• Validate business requirements using Facets, EAM, and configuration.
• Establish and monitor test metrics, risks, and overall testing progress across SDLC/STLC.
• Conduct test walkthroughs with clients, communicate outcomes, and drive issue resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports and governance updates for leadership.
