Zusammenfassung

Cognizant is seeking a Test Manager (Healthcare – Facets) to lead testing activities for healthcare technology solutions within a quality engineering team. Hybrid work is required with two in-person days weekly at a Cognizant office in Durham, North Carolina.

You will guide requirements, test planning, metrics, governance, and reporting to clients and senior management, ensuring quality and on-time delivery of Facets-based solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of hands-on quality engineering and testing experience with Facets within the healthcare payer domain.
• Experience with EAM and application configuration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with requirement analysis, test strategy, planning, metrics, scenarios, test cases, and reporting.
• Experience managing testing governance and presenting delivery status to clients and senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead analysis, planning, strategy, scenarios, test cases, and execution for Facets-based solutions.
• Apply knowledge of Facets, EAM, and config to validate requirements and support customization.
• Establish and monitor test metrics, quality measures, risks, and progress across SDLC/STLC.
• Conduct walkthroughs with clients, communicate findings, and resolve identified issues.
• Prepare status reports, governance updates, and present progress to client leadership and Cognizant management.
