Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Program Lead and Supervisor to guide a team providing technical and analytical support to DoD and Homeland Security T&E programs. Located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH, this on-site role leads strategy development, test design, and post-test analysis for complex systems.

As a technical leader, you will mentor staff, manage deliverables across 20+ programs, and coordinate with senior leadership to shape program

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, OR similar.
Practical DoD or HS T&E experience.
Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance.
US Citizen; no VISA or Sponsorship due to government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage all project planning, execution, and personnel supporting 20+ programs.
Develop initial kick-off briefs, oversee daily execution, provide routine status.
Identify and mitigate performance and scope risk.
Apply technical skills to DoW/HS acquisition program T&E problems.
Mentor acquisition program team members.
Manage all program related deliverables.
Lead development of test strategies and post-test analysis.
Employ rigorous DOE-based test designs and DOE techniques.
Coordinate with Director on Center initiatives and funding pipelines.
