Job summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks a Senior Test and Evaluation Subject Matter Expert to support the Propulsion Directorate at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio. This hands-on leadership role guides Government and program leadership on T&E strategies, develops assessments, and delivers high-quality products on schedule.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD/T&E experience and the ability to mentor teams. The role requires active SECRET clearance with potential to obtain TS/SCI, and a track record

Qualifications

Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, ten years as a Test Manager or similar role; or 13 years with a Master's degree, eight as a Test Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance to Government and Program leadership.
Balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution to deliver high-quality T&E products on schedule.
Lead integration of T&E considerations into acquisition planning and milestones.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies across propulsion development and testing activities.
Present complex technical issues to senior leaders for informed decisions.
