Job summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking a Test and Evaluation Manager to support a USAF contract at multiple locations including Warner Robins, GA. The role entails managing the design and execution of test and evaluation programs for aeronautical systems.

Candidates must possess a relevant MA/MS degree with 12 years of experience or a BA/BS with 15 years of experience, including significant time in the DoD. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with competitive benefits such as medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree and 12 years experience, including 5 years in DoD.
• BA/BS degree and 15 years experience, including 5 years in DoD.
• HSD/GED with 20 years directly related experience, including 8 years in DoD.
• Experience with test and evaluation plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of test programs.
• Review, develop, and update program documentation for test management requirements.
• Evaluate required resources and integration for test program development.
• Perform research to define minimum test requirements.
• Prepare and maintain test plans and related documentation.
