Position Overview

AgileEdge Defense LLC (AED), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking an experienced Test Engineer Manager III to support U.S. Air Force enterprise modernization initiatives under the EPASS program.

This senior-level position provides technical leadership in test engineering, systems integration, verification and validation, and enterprise infrastructure evaluation. The selected candidate will work alongside government program leadership, engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and industry partners supporting mission-critical defense technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical test planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting.




• Develop test strategies, procedures, technical assessments, and engineering documentation.




• Oversee systems integration, performance testing, and operational readiness evaluations.




• Evaluate enterprise network infrastructure, including wired and wireless technologies.




• Identify technical deficiencies, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.




• Coordinate engineering activities with government stakeholders and contractor teams.




• Support cybersecurity compliance, RMF, STIGs, and system acceptance activities.




• Provide technical briefings, status reports, and recommendations to program leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field, or approved equivalent experience.




• Senior-level experience in test engineering, systems engineering, or technical management.




• Experience with enterprise networks, systems integration, and test and evaluation processes.




• Strong technical leadership, documentation, and communication skills.




• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred: Active Secret clearance; USAF, AFLCMC, or EPASS experience; DoD acquisition knowledge; enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and relevant technical certifications.
