Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Test Engineer to serve as the final authority on system reliability for national security software and hardware. You will design automated test architectures, lead risk assessments, and ensure mission-ready solutions across complex environments.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, a Bachelor's in a technical field, and 5+ years of testing experience, including automated scripts and architectures, plus DoD/IC mission exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in test engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing automated test scripts and architectures.
• Ability to lead risk management assessments for complex systems.
• Strong analytical skills translating requirements into test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement automated test tools to improve system quality.
• Design and conduct comprehensive Test and Evaluation (T&E) procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures.
• Write and implement detailed system test cases and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Analyze test cases and results to provide progress reports and actionable data on system readiness.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to integrate testing in every phase of development.
