Job summary

Wyetech LLC is seeking a Test & Evaluation engineer to create and run test cases, develop test reports, plans and perform data collection for government programs. The role requires familiarity with automated testing methods (Selenium) and scripting, using command line prompts and backend testing.

The candidate will analyze requirements, support T&E documentation, and coordinate with SE teams to ensure evaluation plans align with decision points. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline is required.
• Eight (8) years’ experience as a TE in programs of similar scope is required.
• Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Level 1 tasks as constrained by training and experience.
• Plan and Execute Performance Analysis.
• Assess operational and system performance requirements for testability.
• Review planned acquisition approaches to support T&E schedule alignment.
• Coordinate with SE information to leverage analysis and modeling for evaluation planning.
• Plan program and event level risk‑tailored performance estimation and analysis.
• Apply Statistical Analysis of variations in performance behavior.
• Design surveys for SME input and user assessments of performance.
• Select, develop, & use analysis tools.
• Produce Evaluation Plans, Analysis Plans, and Data Requirements.
