Quantum Sky is seeking a Test Engineer with strong systems integration experience to support a US Government customer in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves overseeing integration activities for space-based communications systems and performing developmental tests of hardware and software components.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience (or a Master’s with 10 years) and Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility. On-site at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities

• Oversees engineering activities of the organization's integration efforts for space-based communications systems.
• Plans, designs, develops, evaluates, executes, and reports findings from developmental tests of the implementation, design, and integration of hardware and software components and systems.
• Captures, understands, translates, and documents customer requirements.
• Validates implementation of system and product requirements.
• Evaluates programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning, design, function, and execution.
• Identifies and recommends troubleshooting and remediation action to remediate shortfalls in project implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 15 years experience

Master’s degree + 10 years experience
