As a Senior Test Engineer, you will own test strategy and requirements for mechanical and electromechanical systems, and lead test design and reporting with engineering teams.

Travel up to 25% for deployments and integrations; compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Track record owning test strategy for a mechanical or electromechanical system.
• Hands-on experience designing test fixtures, rigs and instrumentation.
• Deep experience with functional, structural/fatigue, tolerance, and environmental testing.
• Hands-on debugging of mechanical-electromechanical integration on real hardware.
• Strong fundamentals in measurement, sensors, calibration, and interpreting test data.
• Experience setting test requirements and mentoring other test engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the system's test strategy and requirements across mechanical and electromechanical components.
• Design and build test fixtures, rigs, and data-acquisition setups for performance measurement.
• Define and run functional, structural, fatigue, and environmental tests, troubleshooting root causes with engineering teams.
• Own test plans, procedures, and result reports for each release in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Set the quality bar and mentor Test Engineer I and II through test design and review.
