Job summary

IPT Associates (IPTA) is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to validate Palantir Foundry PoCs and lead SIT/SAT efforts for Army data migrations. You will perform end-to-end testing, data reconciliation, and performance testing across multiple tables in a NIPRNet environment, while driving quality through test plans and defect management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and a active Secret clearance; remote work is available with a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of software testing and QA experience including data migration/ETL.
• Hands-on experience planning/executing SIT, SAT/UAT, and performance testing.
• Experience with source-to-target data reconciliation, data profiling, and SQL-based validation.
• Experience in Agile/sprint-based delivery, regression testing, and defect logging.

Responsibilities

• Validates a Palantir Foundry PoC end-to-end with data migrated from legacy Army system.
• Plans and executes SAT against customer acceptance criteria and facilitates validation/sign-off.
• Performs SIT for bidirectional interfaces and end-to-end paths to target outputs.
• Conducts performance testing of CDC workload across ~40 tables; sets baseline metrics.
• Performs source-to-target reconciliation and data profiling to ensure data integrity.
• Executes schema-conformance, data quality, validation-rule, and completeness testing.
• Develops test plans, test cases, and requirements traceability; logs, triages, and retests defects.
• Executes testing incrementally with the build on Agile cadence; supports regression testing.
• Performs testing within a NIPRNet environment with unidirectional ingest focus.
