Job summary

IntelliSoft Technologies is seeking a data quality engineer to validate migrated data flows in Palantir-based environments. This 100% remote, W2 role requires a U.S.

secret clearance and is ideal for candidates with Palantir Foundry credentials or the ability to obtain them. You will perform SIT/SAT testing, data reconciliation at row/field level, schema conformance checks, and performance validation across large data sets, coordinating with stakeholders to sign off on customer acceptance

Responsibilities

• SAT: validate the migrated data-flow against customer acceptance criteria; plan and facilitate customer validation sign-off
• SIT: verify the bidirectional interfaces and the full end-to-end path into target system consumable output
• Performance Test: validate pipeline/ETL throughput on the CDC workload across the ~40 normalized, time-variant tables; establish baseline performance metrics
• Migration validation (core)
• Source-to-target data reconciliation – row/field-level integrity between the legacy system snapshot and the Palantir target
• Schema-conformance and system data-quality/validation-rule testing
• Data-profiling and completeness checks to confirm nothing is lost or transformed incorrectly in migration
• Practices & tooling
• Test planning, case design, and requirements traceability; defect logging, triage, and retest
• Incremental/Agile test execution aligned to the sprint cadence; regression as pipelines iterate
• Automated test/validation tooling and accelerators where available
• Army data-migration or ERP/personnel-system testing; NIPR test-environment handling; testing scoped to unidirectional ingest
