Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field as listed.
• 5+ years in system integration and testing.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• Proficient in Python or Bash and Linux.
• Strong collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• U.S. Citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test plans for functional, performance, security, and MIL-STD compliance.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites across unit to system levels.
• Manage containerized test execution with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Execute lab validation, hardware/software testing, and field site assessments.
• Collect and report performance, reliability, and security metrics.
• Log defects, perform root-cause analysis, and track lifecycle with teams.
• Produce test evidence, metrics, and formal reports for readiness and release.
