Job summary

Electra is seeking an experienced Test Engineer III to support the development, validation, and continuous improvement of advanced materials, components, and systems.

This role is responsible for independently designing and executing reliability testing, evaluating product performance, and applying advanced analytical techniques to improve durability, safety, and reliability across research, development, and pilot operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong reliability engineering principles and statistical analysis.
• Experience with hydrometallurgical or electrochemical systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and execute reliability testing and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, execution, and improvement of reliability and validation test plans.
• Lead accelerated life testing and FMEA for materials and systems.
• Analyze testing data to identify trends and root causes, recommending improvements.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional teams and ensure data quality.
