Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to advance prototype QRF systems toward scalable products. You will design test plans, build and operate test benches, and automate pilot-line tests in a Linux environment.

You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and R&D teams to validate interfaces, perform robustness tests, and process data using Python and scripting tools. Experience with optical/electronic test equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hardware validation and system integration testing.
• Strong Python and scripting skills; knowledge of C/C++/Rust.
• Hands-on with optical and electronic test equipment.
• Linux-based environment with command-line tooling.
• Experience with Git workflows and test software.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and plans for atomic clock systems.
• Lead End of Line test plan definition with firmware/software/hardware teams.
• Design and deploy optical and electrical test benches for system integration.
• Perform robustness and reliability testing on electronic/optical subsystems.
• Support board bring-up and debugging, providing feedback to design teams.
• Develop and maintain an automated test platform using Python.
• Operate and interface with lab test equipment.
• Process and visualize test data to drive design decisions.
• Work within Git-based software development workflows.
