Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead technical activities across the development lifecycle, shaping design architecture for robust operation. You will guide testing programs and collaborate with engineers to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes test and lab experience, MATLAB/Python proficiency, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams while supporting ITAR compliance and security requirements in a US-based environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
5+ years of Test and Lab experience (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).

Responsibilities

Involved with the design and development of test programs to measure the functionality and integrity of products and services.
Write test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluates the ability of products to meet performance standards and specifications.
Debug test hardware and software.
Lead and direct the work of others as assigned.
Provide technical knowledge and assistance to other engineers and support personnel.
