Job summary

Stryker Sage is seeking a highly skilled Test Engineering professional to design, develop, and validate medical products. You will lead test plans, build fixtures, and analyze data to ensure safety and efficacy, acting as a technical leader within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and own comprehensive test plans with design, quality, and test engineering teams.
• Design and refine mechanical, electrical, and virtual test fixtures to meet requirements and reliability targets.
• Leverage lab capabilities including hardware, software, data acquisition, and instrumentation.
• Lead development of test systems and fixtures to support product development, validation, and improvement.
• Analyze test data, investigate failures, and drive root-cause analysis with formal reports.
