Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive test plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Design, refine test fixtures for components and subsystems.
• Leverage lab capabilities and data acquisition systems.
• Lead development of test systems for product development and validation.
• Analyze test data and lead root-cause investigations with formal reports.
• Mentor junior team members, labs, and contractors.
• Evaluate and procure actuation systems, sensors, and testing tech.
• Serve as internal SME on test methods and reliability tools.
