The Collins Aerospace Ejection Seating business is the leader in providing a safe and robust Ejection Seating System to domestic and foreign customers alike. Currently, we are in the process of modernizing fleets to the upgraded ACES 5 design, providing a safer ejection system to ensure those who are born to fly, live to walk away. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join us as a Senior Test Engineer to support all phases of ejection seats product development lifecycle including the bid, design, development, verification & validation.
The selected candidate will be part of the Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Team and will work with the existing systems & test engineers to enhance current SEIT practices, processes, and tools. This role will work cross functionally with engineering, program management, operations, and other functional groups throughout all phases of projects. The preferred candidate will have experience with hardware development for military/DoD customers. This role level can potentially be adjusted depending on the selected candidate’s level of experience.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
