Intrepid seeks a Senior Test Engineer to join our team supporting the Army Fires portfolio. The role focuses on planning, executing, and coordinating test and evaluation activities across multiple organizations to ensure systems meet operational requirements.

Applicants should have a DoD SECRET clearance, 10+ years with a master’s or 18+ years with a bachelor’s, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience with a Master’s degree or 18+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in test and evaluation, systems engineering, analysis, or integration.
• Ability to communicates technical information to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, analysis, and coordination of Integrated Fires test and evaluation activities.
• Coordinate test campaigns across government, military, industry and test ranges.
• Develop and coordinate test strategies, objectives, plans, schedules, data requirements and docs.
• Support live, virtual, constructive, and modeling/simulation test activities.
• Coordinate instrumentation, data collection, range requirements, and technical support.
• Assist with analysis and assessment of test results.
• Work with leadership and stakeholders to align tests with operational needs.
