Job summary

Intrepid is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join the Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio, supporting Army Fires' Integrated Fires Directorate in Huntsville, AL. The role emphasizes test planning, execution, and data-driven assessment with DoD stakeholders.

Requirements include a DoD SECRET clearance, 10+ years in relevant fields, and strong communication skills. Telework is by exception; on-site presence in Huntsville is expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
• 10+ years in test & evaluation, systems engineering, or related technical field.
• Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work in Huntsville, AL in person five days a week, eight hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, analysis, and coordination of Integrated Fires test and evaluation activities.
• Coordinate test campaigns across government, military, contractor, test range, and industry partners.
• Develop and coordinate test strategies, objectives, plans, schedules, procedures, and data requirements.
• Support live, virtual, constructive, and simulation-based test activities.
• Coordinate instrumentation, data collection, range requirements, and technical support.
• Assist with analysis and assessment of test results.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align tests with operational requirements.
