Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 8+ years of relevant engineering and acquisition experience (or 6+ years with MS/MA).
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• Experience in munitions logistics, hazard classification, and Safe to Ship certifications.
• Experience leading teams on threat acquisition and A&E operations.
• Experience drafting SOW/PWS, evaluating ROMs, and collaborating with COR/AOR on contracts.
• Missile test execution planning and on-range test events.
• DoD & T&E knowledge with DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, AR 73-1.
• Familiarity with munitions tracking systems (TACTMIS) and project tracking tools (Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for T&E of basic research and advanced development projects.
• Lead test events planning, execution, and reporting (field/status reports and final test reports).
• Draft and evaluate SOW, PWS, SOC, SOO, and DD1144 support agreements; validate ROMs and cost proposals.
• Coordinate with USG customer reps and COR/AOR on FAR-based contracts and OTA prototypes.
• Coordinate missile preparation activities for test events, including telemetry checks and arming/firing protocols.
• Prepare docs, data packages, and safety analyses to obtain Safe to Ship certifications and IHC docs.
• Support TEMP/TES annex development within SAMPs; establish IPTs/WIPTs; assign responsibilities.
• Develop Test Instrumentation and Logistics Packages and manage Test Asset Tracking (TACTMIS) and scheduling.
