Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead and document the program’s Test & Evaluation strategy for AFLCMC/HNA. The role involves government oversight within an integrated test team and ensuring T&E activities align with DoD processes.

The candidate will validate software against operational outcomes, manage test automation considerations, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize testing velocity and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of related experience with 4+ years in a DoD setting.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document the program’s T&E strategy.
• Lead government oversight activities within an integrated test team.
• Document test concept development, methodologies, plans, execution, and reporting.
• Validate software capabilities against operational outcomes.
