Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
2-5 years of software testing with a focus on test automation at scale.
Experience with UI automation, API testing, backend/service automation, or performance testing.
Proficiency in Rust, JavaScript, Python, or C++.

Responsibilities

Architect and build test automation frameworks and data generation.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into tested features.
Implement quality gates using metrics and make quality visible to engineering leaders.
Mentor engineers on testability, design-for-quality and clean code practices.
