Job summary

You will mentor QA colleagues and contribute to test automation initiatives across multiple modules. The role requires 5 years in Quality Engineering, strong automation skills with Selenium, Jenkins, and Robot Framework, and experience in healthcare applications within an Agile team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and Selenium WebDriver; proficiency in TestNG or equivalent.
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and test automation in healthcare applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand requirements and test impact across modules.
• Create test plans and design test cases; mentor QAs on effective test scenarios and data coordination.
• Test execution, retesting defects, and defect triage including RTM creation.
• Lead grooming and design discussions across onshore/offshore teams and participate in peer reviews.
