Qualifications

• Familiarity with burn-in stress testing environments.
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and statistical data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop test program definitions for both wafer probe and final package.
• Create test programs, integrate with test equipment, validate and release.
• Manage quality of existing test software solutions and perform testing.
• Communicate status updates on test program issues.
