Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop test program definition for both wafer probe and final package level test
- Create test programs and plans, integrate with test equipment and hardware, debug, validate, document, and release per company standards and procedures
- Manage, maintain and improve the quality of existing test software solutions in a production environment, including test platform transfer on ATE infrastructures
- Perform testing, compile, analyze, and create test data reports for review, identification, and resolution of manufacturing and production issues
- Deep‑dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries and communicate at all levels, providing written or verbal status updates
- Ensure compliance with test program procedures, develop and maintain technical documentation and releases to production
- Evaluate and qualify new test platform and handler technologies and other tools to enhance productivity and processes
- Collaborate with design and concept development engineers to incorporate design‑for‑test (DFT) features into new products, ensuring quality at a low cost of test
- Receive, sign off, and implement new test solutions from R&D projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
- Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) testing semiconductors such as MOSFET, IGBT, Diodes, and mixed‑signal ICs
- Strong test programming skills with experience in LabVIEW and C/C++
- Hands‑on experience with electronic lab equipment, including signal generators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
- Familiarity with burn‑in stress testing environments (HTGB, HTRB)
- Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., Ishikawa, 8D, 5Ws) and statistical data analysis software (JMP, Minitab)
- Excellent verbal, written communication, reporting, and presentation skills
Benefits
Wage range: $73,400 – $101,000 per year (Leominster, MA). All employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
