Job summary

NEOTech in Colorado is seeking an experienced engineer to support sustained product testing. You will work with automated test equipment (ATE) and functional stations, collaborating with customer focus teams to define test requirements and support assemblies.

You will ensure ESD/MSL compliance, expand custom testers, maintain tests and fixtures, and aid manufacturing toward monthly goals. Strong debugging, programming and equipment skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 6+ years in a similar environment preferred.
• Experience with Flying Probe, ICT, Boundary Scan and functional test methods.
• Familiarity with CAD/PCB tools and test equipment like oscilloscopes and meters.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ESD and MSD handling requirements.
• Install/improve customer-specific test stations and programs.
• Support CFTs and manufacturing processes to meet goals.
• Program and maintain flying probe programs; document tests.
• Troubleshoot to root cause and perform failure analysis.
• Follow ISO standards and site 6S objectives.
