Job summary

onsemi is seeking a New Product Development professional to support product lines and P&Ls for Analog, Mixed Signal, and Digital test development on Automated Test Equipment platforms. You will define DfT strategies and drive test software on primary ATE platforms.

The role requires a BSEE with at least five years of experience, proficiency in C/C++, Python and Java, and proven ability to work with global teams to reduce test cost and time-to-market.

Qualifications

• BSEE with at least 5 years of experience in Analog, Mixed Signal, or Digital test.
• Experience with ATE platforms and test automation.
• Proficient in C/C++, Python, Java.
• Strong communication and leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a global team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive new product development across multiple product lines.
• Drive DfT strategies (Analog/Digital BiST) for benchmark Cost-of-Test.
• Lead pre-silicon activities: ATE Test Plan generation, HW design, and test program development.
• Oversee post-silicon bring-up, validation, and qualification activities.
• Define and maintain test program utilities and libraries; update code for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Interface with ATE vendors, BU PE, and Design team to define automation requirements.
• Understand ATE system architectures (ETS800, T2K, IFlex) and guide low-level automation code.
