Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support the US Navy in Crane, IN. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and equipment for the EA18G FST and ensuring tests are performed with appropriate parameters and documentation updates.

Responsibilities include integrating test hardware/software, debugging, addressing test gaps, and writing procedures. Required are a bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, LabVIEW/C LabWindows/CVI or C#, and US

• Experience with LabVIEW, C (LabWindows/CVI) or C#
• US Citizen; interim secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain secret clearance (SAIC sponsorship)

• Debug existing test hardware and software
• Identify and address test gaps and escapes between assembly levels
• Writes test procedures and updates current documentation
• Test of RF and Microwave components to include VSWE, insertion loss, Phase Matching and Noise Figure

Job Description

Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment for the EA18G FST. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
