Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support the US Navy in Crane, IN. You will design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment for the EA18G FST, providing parameters for sample testing and defining tests and procedures.

Responsibilities include integrating test hardware and software for new test program sets, debugging, addressing gaps, and writing procedures while testing RF and Microwave components such as VSWE, insertion loss, Phase Matching and Noise Figure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience.
  • Experience with LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or C#.
  • Interim secret clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain a secret clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.

  • Identify and address test gaps and escapes between assembly levels.

Job Description

Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
