Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Test Data Management Advisor Senior in Hanover, MD. The role requires in-office presence 3–4 days per week with hybrid flexibility and standard 8–5 hours Mon–Fri. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT or related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects implementing test data management using the Enterprise Data Management Tool (Archiving, Test Data Management, Decommissioning).
• Ensure the Data Management Lifecycle is followed for analysis of requirements, design, and development of processes that meet those requirements.
• Drive process improvement to support test data reuse, reduce production system data usage, and store data for decommissioned systems.
• Contribute to ongoing review of the Enterprise Data Management Tool hardware, software, and security migration standards.
• Schedule and manage production Test Data Management jobs to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with Application Development stakeholders and align with project requirements and system updates.
• Maintain production environment support, ensuring consistent integration of patches and upgrades.
