Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Lead Test Data Management Engineer to translate TDM strategy into operational capabilities, bridging architecture, governance and delivery teams to drive synthetic data services and reduce reliance on production data in non-production environments.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering to establish repeatable test data provisioning, accelerate pilots, and lay the foundation for scalable TDM capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience; 4 additional years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with synthetic data generation, masking, virtualization, or privacy-preserving data techniques.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize end-to-end test data lifecycle processes.
• Design and implement synthetic data generation and test data provisioning solutions.
• Build reusable automation, data pipelines, engineering patterns, and accelerators.
• Integrate TDM capabilities with testing, quality engineering, and CI/CD processes.
• Onboard use cases with application teams and validate solutions.
• Evaluate and implement tooling to improve test data quality, availability, and efficiency.
