Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as Software Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, or equivalent role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test solutions.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably medical devices or life sciences.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills, C# preferred.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Ranorex or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts, frameworks, and solutions for functional and system-level verification
• Execute test suites, analyze results, investigate failures, and document defects using management systems
• Mentor Engineer I and Engineer II team members and promote automation best practices and coding standards
• Develop test cases, protocols, and traceability documentation to support verification and validation activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve test efficiency and coverage
