Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development or quality assurance.
• Experience with Windows and Unix Based Systems.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Automation & Testing Execution: Design, write, and maintain robust automated test suites while creating targeted manual test cases for features requiring hands-on validation.
• Agile Requirements Refinement: Active participation in story grooming and refinement sessions to clarify acceptance criteria, spot edge cases early, and ensure testability.
• Quality & Integration: Partner with cross-functional development teams to execute integration and regression testing, ensuring high performance, security, and end-user reliability before release.
• Defect Analysis & Troubleshooting: Debug build failures, triage bug reports, and perform root-cause analysis to ensure rapid resolutions in non-production and production environments.
• Framework & Process Improvement: Maintain QA documentation, adopt industry best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions.
• Lead unit and integration tests to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
