Job summary

You will leverage GenAI tools like OpenAI API, Claude Code, and Cursor to generate tests, analyze production data, and mentor junior engineers while partnering with product and dev teams to define quality standards before code is written.

Experience with cross-browser testing and data dashboards (Grafana/Tableau) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software QA.
• At least 3 years dedicated to test automation.
• Proficient in Selenium WebDriver and cross-browser testing.
• Strong coding ability in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with GenAI tools applied to engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own test automation strategy end-to-end from framework to execution.
• Use GenAI tools to generate test cases, parse logs, surface edge cases, and accelerate exploratory testing.
• Build and scale Selenium-based frameworks across browsers/environments.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Analyze test results and production data to define quality KPIs and actionable insights.
