Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinkingSenior Automation Engineerto lead and contribute to the development of robust automation frameworks, drive automation strategy, and explore integration opportunities withGenerative AI (GenAI)solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience inJava,Selenium, and a strategic mindset to influence automation direction and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implementtest automation frameworksusing Java and Selenium for web-based applications.
• Define and drive theoverall automation strategy, including roadmap, tools, and process improvements.
• Evaluate, integrate, and implementGenerative AI-based solutionsto enhance test automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and product owners to ensure seamless automation integration.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution and reporting.
• Troubleshoot test failures and work with development teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to the growth of automation capability within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience inautomation testingwith strong expertise inJava and Selenium.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-endtest automation strategies.
• Exposure to or experience working withGenerative AItools, frameworks, or LLMs (e.g., prompt-based automation, AI test generation).
• Solid understanding ofCI/CDpractices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo).
• Experience with version control systems likeGitand test reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-powered testing platforms (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, etc.).
• Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of performance or API testing is a plus (e.g., JMeter, REST Assured).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
