Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and 4+ years in rigorous environments.
• 2+ years in SDET or test-architecture roles with software engineering focus.
• Ability to design diagnostic tools and testing infrastructure.
• Exposure to agentic/autonomous testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with low-latency systems and performance optimization.
• Experience with distributed systems or financial testing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation platforms for complex systems.
• Develop diagnostic and validation tools across production and QA environments.
• Enable end-to-end automated testing for business logic and system performance.
• Support agentic/AI-driven testing workflows to accelerate development cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate testing into the SDLC.
• Improve system reliability by reducing testing time and preventing production issues.
• Contribute to evolving testing strategy during platform re-architecture (OMS SaaS migration).
