Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead design, optimization, and scaling of test automation frameworks in DevSecOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Develop reusable automation libraries and frameworks for efficiency and consistency.
• Create automated test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Ensure automation strategies meet safety-critical, compliance-driven, and certification needs.
• Mentor test engineers in automation methodologies and scripting.
• Integrate automated testing into continuous testing pipelines for faster releases.
• Collaborate with engineers and product owners to ensure testability of systems.
• Manage defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and remediation efforts.
