Fidelity Investments in Westlake, OH is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join a team delivering automation, CI, and test data ecosystems. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to shape technology solutions that extend across Workplace Solutions initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in technical roles, strong Java/Spring Boot skills, and deep test automation expertise using RestAssured, Playwright, Karate, Cucumber, and TestNG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of technical experience with test automation.
• Experience in Agile development and Jira.
• Strong SQL skills and relational DB experience (Oracle/DB2/Postgres).
• Hands-on test automation design using RestAssured, Playwright, Karate, Cucumber, TestNG.
• Proven Java/Spring Boot programming experience; JavaScript/TypeScript a plus.
• Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience with GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, SonarQube; cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with Stock Plan Services/Brokerage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests across multiple layers.
• Define test strategy and automation suites for new products/applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives.
