Job summary

CESI, a By Light company, seeks a Senior Integration and Testing Lead to architect, govern, and execute end-to-end testing for highly complex, secure systems in a fully on-site role. You will bridge development, operations, and QA, driving CI/CD-driven automated testing within Agile frameworks to ensure system integrity before deployment.

You will mentor a cross-functional QA team, manage defects with RCA sessions, and ensure compliance with TS/SCI level project requirements in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
• 7–10+ years in software engineering, system integration, or advanced QA with team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban in software delivery.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
• Proficient in Python/Java/Bash scripting for test automation.
• Experience with modern test frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, PyTest or JUnit.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern end-to-end testing and system integration for complex, secure systems.
• Lead Agile QA efforts; integrate testing into sprints and manage WIP limits for the QA team.
• Mentor a cross-functional team of automation engineers and testers; oversee defect lifecycle and RCA sessions.
