Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services LLC is seeking a Senior Integration and Testing Lead for its NCRC Range Modernization program. This on-site role requires a TS/SCI-cleared candidate to architect and govern end-to-end testing across secure, multi‑tier architectures, aligning development with QA and operations through robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will champion Agile methodologies, design automated test architectures, and supervise a cross‑functional QA team in a demanding defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technically relevant field.
• 7–10+ years in software engineering, system integration, or quality assurance with 3+ years in lead/test architect roles.
• Hands-on Agile experience; deep Scrum and Kanban practice.
• Experience planning/executing complex software system tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in designing automated tests, scripting, and test harnesses.
• Experience with Linux, virtualization, and modern test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern end-to-end integration and testing lifecycle for complex, secure systems.
• Design and maintain automated testing gates within CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality thresholds are met.
• Lead cross-functional QA teams and drive agile testing practices across Scrum/Kanban.
• Mentor engineers, manage defects, and ensure compliance with security standards.
