Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to work in a remote capacity with a base in Fort Mill, SC. The role emphasizes leading testing initiatives, creating robust automation suites, and coordinating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

The position requires 8+ years in QA within Agile environments, expertise in Selenium and Playwright automation, and proficiency in Java and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience with agile practices.
• Expertise in Writing, Enhancing and Executing automated scripts for test cases using Selenium and Playwright.
• Hands on experience in Java and TypeScript.
• Experience in version control tool like GitHub.
• Good Communication Skill.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and drive testing efforts.
• Handle Release activities and ensure smooth deployments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to align on quality.
• Debug and execute automated scripts to validate software quality.
• Estimate Testing efforts and plan test scope.

What you need to have to be considered:

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $55K – 92,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
