Qualifications

• 7+ years as Test Analyst in large organizations
• Experience leading or participating in technical implementations of automated processes
• Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and documenting results
• Experience regression testing and maintaining tests for periodic releases
• 3+ years using ALM tools such as HP ALM, Rational Requisite Pro, or Jama
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/MIS or related field

Responsibilities

• Assess analysis scope and plan tasks
• Elicit and document business, user, and system requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams including SMEs, architects, developers, and testers
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and document test results
• Conduct regression testing and adjust plans for maintenance releases
• Create traceability matrices and transition plans
