Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks a seasoned Test Analyst to drive testing and business analysis across large-scale systems. The role involves planning, elicitation, and documenting requirements, while coordinating with architects, developers, and testers to ensure quality deliverables.

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience, familiarity with test plans, regression testing, and traceability matrices, plus exposure to state or federal projects. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• At least seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years as a Test Analyst.
• Experience leading or participating in the technical implementation of software/systems.
• Experience producing business analysis and testing deliverables as work samples.
• Experience with test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Experience with regression testing and maintenance releases.
• Experience as a Test Analyst at a State or Federal agency.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, MIS or related fields.

• At least seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years working as a Test Analyst with large organizations, leading, or participating in the technical implementation of software/systems/applications automating complex business processes, performing the following:
• Assessment of analysis scope and tasks
• Planning business analysis tasks
• Elicitation, definitions and documentation of various business, user, and system requirements
• Leading and working within cross-functional teams that include business subject matter experts, application architects, developers, and testers
• Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and documenting test results
• Experience regression testing and adjusting test plans for periodic maintenance releases
• At least seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years producing business analysis and testing deliverables work samples during the Interview phase). · Business requirements and business rules
