Robotic Technologies Automation in Tulsa, OK seeks an experienced Test Analyst to join a team delivering complex automated software solutions for large organizations. You will evaluate scope, plan business analysis tasks, and articulate clear requirements for cross-functional delivery teams including architects, developers, and testers.

Candidates should have 7+ years in the last decade as a Test Analyst, strong test planning, case development, and regression testing experience, plus familiarity

• 7+ years as Test Analyst in large organizations
• Experience leading or participating in technical implementations of automated processes
• Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and documenting results
• Experience regression testing and maintaining tests for periodic releases
• 3+ years using ALM tools such as HP ALM, Rational Requisite Pro, or Jama
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/MIS or related field

• At least seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years working as a Test Analyst with large organizations, leading, or participating in the technical implementation of software/systems/applications automating complex business processes, performing the following:
• Assessment of analysis scope and tasks
• Planning business analysis tasks
• Elicitation, definitions and documentation of various business, user, and system requirements
• Leading and working within cross-functional teams that include business subject matter experts, application architects, developers, and testers
• Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and documenting test results
• Experience regression testing and adjusting test plans for periodic maintenance releases
• At least seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years producing business analysis and testing deliverables work samples during the Interview phase). · Business requirements and business rules

• Experience as a Test Analyst leading or participating in the technical implementation of pension/retirement-related software development projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields from an accredited or government
