Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Senior Terminal Technology Specialist to oversee and perform activities around the operation, integration, and upgrades of Terminal Automation Systems. The role requires collaborating with IT, Operations, and vendor teams while maintaining training for users across the company.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering and 5+ years of Windows administration experience, plus familiarity with DTN Guardian and Toptech TMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor or perform various activities and correction including setup, maintenance, balancing, transaction transmission, and support for Global's Terminal Automation Applications.
• Monitor, perform and document processes and system internal audits.
• Work with IT peers, IT management, Operations staff, and Operations management as needed.
• Train on new information technologies for terminal automation systems and disseminate training plans throughout the company.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on large integrations or changes.
