Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Senior Tenant Improvement Project Manager for high-profile commercial TI projects across Downtown Los Angeles, Century City, and Beverly Hills. You will lead from inception to completion, building strong client relationships and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in TI PM, experience on large-scale projects (50k+ sq ft, 100k–200k+), and can thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tenant improvement project management, specifically in commercial settings.
• Experience managing projects with a minimum of 50,000 square feet.
• Demonstrated ability to handle larger projects under pressure.
• Existing network of quality union subcontractors is preferred.
• Experience on large TI projects (100,000–200,000+ square feet) is preferred.

Senior Tenant Improvement Project Manager

This is an opportunity to lead some of Southern California’s most prominent commercial tenant improvement projects while working alongside a highly accomplished leadership team that is deeply involved in every project. The Senior Tenant Improvement Project Manager will take ownership of large-scale, high-visibility projects throughout Downtown Los Angeles, Century City, and Beverly Hills, overseeing everything from planning and coordination to execution and client relationships. Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 / Year DOE
