Puyenpa Services LLC is seeking a Senior TEMPEST Engineer for an upcoming proposal to support the F-35 JPO Security Services Contract. The role requires independent TEMPEST engineering execution, guidance to government personnel, and safeguarding sensitive information systems.

The position is located in Arlington, VA, full-time (40 hrs/week), and requires active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAR eligibility. This is a proposal role contingent on award and staffing authorization.

Qualifications

• Senior TEMPEST engineering experience confirming independent execution and SME status.
• Proven ability to develop analyses, reports, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Experience supporting DoD, federal government, or national security programs.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal TEMPEST engineering advisor for security initiatives.
• Independently perform TEMPEST activities in support of F-35 JPO requirements.
• Evaluate systems and facilities for TEMPEST compliance against standards.
• Develop recommendations and mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Support TEMPEST inspections, testing, accreditation, and certification.
